We engaged Matchbyte in Dec 2011. They delivered Joom|Air in Feb 2012 and shortly after, we started selling via our custom-tailored booking engine in Mar 2012, a record time! Not only that, at launch we've managed to sell over 17,000 segments in a period of 9 hours.

We commenced our partnership with Matchbyte a few months after our website went live in March 2012. In a short space of time, Matchbyte has significantly enhanced our online offering through redeveloping our web-check-in and booking modification processes, enhancing the uptake of ancillary products, implementing new forms of payments and improving our shopping cart.

We engaged Matchbyte to develop a passenger check-in improvement product on IOS/iPads and a prototype was delivered in 2 weeks! Matchbyte team has a great product knowledge and provided Jetstar with an end-to-end service ranging from UX, Graphic Design and App Development.


The resultant product has an extremely intuitive interface for our internal customers and it was clear that Matchbyte is extremely knowledgeable and has expereince across a multitude of platforms and technologies. Their in-depth strength of mobile application development and vast experience of airline systems ensured that the the app as delivered on time and increased not only the check-in process efficiency by 20% but also the customer satisfaction.
